Regardless of what he may or may not achieve in the professional league, Bennett has been a steady leader on offense for the Dawgs and will be remembered as one of the best quarterbacks in the school's history. The coaching staff gave him a curtain call early in the fourth quarter to acknowledge his contribution to the team's success.
